Job description:
- Maintaining & Executing HVAC & building management system (BMS) for cleanroom with cGMP, DI, EHS compliance
- Managing Integrated Facilities Management and making sure efficient HVAC & BMS systems maintenance program.
- Dealing with lockout/tagout verification, issue permit & field coordination.
- Preparing for audit readiness and respond to Auditors during audit
- Troubleshooting defects related to HVAC & BMS systems.
- Attending HVAC & BMS system breakdown and arranging Integrated Facility Management for follow up rectification work
- Ensuing proper documents & records & safety for HVAC & BMS systems
- Coordinating with all related stakeholders to ensure timely execution repair & maintenance
- Ability to understand BMS wiring drawing and HVAC air flow drawing
