Asia Pacific is a strategically important growth region, and the company is now seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to drive the next phase of regional expansion.

The Opportunity

Reporting into global leadership, the Regional Director will lead the Asia Pacific business and be responsible for overall commercial performance, market expansion and strategic growth across the region.

This is not a traditional sales leadership role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape regional strategy, evaluate market-entry approaches, strengthen channel partnerships, develop key customer relationships and help define the future operating model for one of the company's most important growth regions.

The role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, agile and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Asia Pacific business strategy and growth agenda.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Strengthen and expand distributor, reseller and channel partner networks.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across priority APAC markets.
• Evaluate and optimise go-to-market models across the region.
• Lead and develop a multicultural regional team.
• Partner closely with global leadership on regional expansion and investment priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multi-country businesses across Asia Pacific.
• Strong background in B2B technology, engineering software, construction technology, industrial technology or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and building markets across the region.
• Experience managing distributor, reseller or partner-led business models.
• Strong commercial leadership with experience owning regional business performance.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural leadership capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean and fast-growing environment.

Location: Singapore

Travel: Regional travel across Asia Pacific required.
