Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Product Operations Specialist (Gaming - AI) di Beyondsoft Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in requirements analysis, solution planning, and documentation for global game account-related products (web management console, client SDK), supporting account version iterations;

2. Leverage AI tools to assist with daily product work (requirements structuring, SPEC refinement, competitive research, etc.) to improve output efficiency;

3. Assist with day-to-day tasks such as data analysis, operations support, and player customer service backup; specific scope adjusted flexibly based on team needs; Engage in cross-functional communication and collaboration to drive requirement delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field; strong logical thinking and technical comprehension;

2. 1+ years of experience in internet product planning/operations (gaming industry preferred);

3. Proficient in at least one AI-assisted tool, able to integrate AI into actual work processes; demonstrable use cases preferred;

4. Clear communication and patient; able to independently interface with business stakeholders and handle user feedback;

5. Extensive gaming experience, with a basic understanding of the global gaming market preferred.
