Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, handyman work, or property operations is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

• Able to use hand and power tools safely.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for property maintenance, tenant support, room readiness, and smart access management to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of rental units.

• Carry out basic repair works, including painting, replacing door locks, lights, ceiling fans, switches, sockets, taps, and other minor repairs.

• Inspect rental units regularly to ensure they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including touch-up works and room readiness.

• Coordinate with external contractors for major maintenance or repair works when required.

• Respond to and resolve tenants’ maintenance requests promptly.

• Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, including room inspections and key handover.

• Manage smart door lock access by activating, restricting, and restoring room access based on rental payment status and company SOP.

• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and operational reports.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.
