Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, deployment and retention.
Maintain volunteer databases and strengthen volunteer management processes.
Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, schools, corporates, grassroots and community partners.
Coordinate outreach, engagement and communications to support programme and Student Care enrolment.
Manage donations-in-kind, including screening, distribution, acknowledgement and record-keeping.
Maintain donor and donation databases and support donor engagement initiatives.
Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters and other communication materials.
Support the production of brochures, reports, videos and other organisational collaterals.
Monitor and evaluate volunteer, outreach and media initiatives to improve effectiveness and engagement.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Communications or related industries
Min 3 years relevant experience
Experience in charity/non-profit environment is an advantage
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: Up to $5000
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
