YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS.
A stranger is walking towards you.
Do you:
A. Look at your phone and avoid eye contact
B. Wait for somebody else to approach
C. Start a conversation
If C feels slightly scary—but also exciting—keep reading.
Your first job shouldn’t expect you to arrive with everything figured out.
You’ve spent years learning the theory.
Now it’s time to find out what happens when there’s:
No model answer.
No second attempt button.
No presentation script to hide behind.
Just you, another person and a real conversation.
At Vision Organisation, we represent brands at events and roadshows.
You’ll meet different people, learn how to hold their attention and discover how much can happen within 30 seconds.
DAY 1:
“Wait…what should I say?”
A FEW WEEKS LATER:
“I’ve got this.”
That transformation doesn’t happen magically.
It comes from practice.
Feedback.
Rejection.
Adjustment.
And trying again.
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room.
You don’t need five years of experience for an entry-level position.
You just need to be willing to stop hiding in the background.
This is a face-to-face, performance-driven opportunity under a self-employed arrangement. Different campaigns offer different challenges and performance-driven rewards.
Easy?
No.
Achievable?
Definitely—with guidance, consistency and the right attitude.
Your next 30 seconds:
Keep scrolling and wonder “what if?”
Or apply and find out what you’re capable of.
