Tanggungjawab
- Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and procedures.
- Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes.
- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency are maintained.
- Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.
- Assist with stock handling, preparation, and other daily kitchen operations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
