Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of process engineering, preferably with exposure to a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of CAD software and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work closely with the production team and provide hands-on support on the production floor.

Develop and manage process engineering documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct training for relevant personnel.

Coordinate and lead Engineering Change Notice (ECN) meetings for all process-related changes.

Apply process development techniques to design, validate, and improve manufacturing processes.

Conduct process feasibility studies during development, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), process flow analysis, and line balancing.

Provide technical support for new process setup in product transfer projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.

Ensure that equipment and machinery are operating efficiently to meet production and quality targets.

Lead process standardization and optimization efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Conduct Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies for jigs, fixtures, and measurement tools.
