We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and accountable F&B Operation Manager who can see what needs to be done, take action without waiting for instructions, ask when clarification is needed, and keep Management updated on daily progress, issues and solutions.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

Take initiative – You see a problem and take action instead of waiting to be told.

Lead from the front – You guide your team, monitor operations and make things happen.

Think ahead – You identify potential issues before they become bigger problems.

Communicate proactively – You don't wait for Management to ask; you provide regular updates on progress, issues and actions taken.

Know when to ask – You are independent, but you are not afraid to ask when something is unclear.

Own your responsibilities – When something is under your care, you take ownership and follow through until it is resolved.

YOUR ROLE:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Lead and support Outlet Supervisors and operational teams.
• Monitor sales, manpower, attendance, service standards and outlet performance.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.
• Ensure SOP, food safety, hygiene and operational standards are followed.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
• Monitor stock, wastage, food cost and operational expenses.
• Coach, guide and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Handle operational and customer-related issues.
• Provide daily updates to Management on progress, issues, actions taken and follow-up required.
• Work closely with Management to improve outlet performance and operational efficiency.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has 3–5 years of relevant F&B operations experience, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Has strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Is proactive, decisive and solution-oriented.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has good communication and follow-up skills.
• Understands F&B operations, service standards, hygiene and food safety.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Is willing to travel between outlets when required.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
