What You'll Be Doing
- Teaching aquatic and swimming skills to babies and toddlers
- Building trust with children **and** parents — both are your student
- Supporting neurodivergent children with structured, compassionate approaches
- Growing with a school that is genuinely going somewhere
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood education experience
Has experience teaching or supporting neurodivergent children *(strongly preferred)*
Has basic swimming ability — no competitive background needed
Is warm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
Communicates well with anxious parents and excited toddlers equally
