Minimum Secondary School, Diploma, or Degree qualification. Tourism-related qualifications are preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre, as well as ticketing and reservation systems, will be a major advantage.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Working hours & days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm , Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm (5.5 Day)

Plan, design, and prepare accurate costing for domestic and international tour packages.

Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, and ground operators (DMCs).

Issue and manage flight tickets, hotel bookings, and ground arrangements using GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.

Review and handle passports, visa applications, and other official travel documentation.

Liaise with partner agencies, embassies, tourism authorities, and relevant government bodies.

Prepare promotional packages, manage live pricing, and secure inventory during travel fairs, expos, and sales events.

Manage deposit payments, passenger manifests, and final travel arrangements after sales events.

Support the sales team by evaluating customised travel requests, group feasibility, and preparing quotations.

Maintain organised digital and physical records for bookings, invoices, and operational documentation.

Resolve ground operation issues and coordinate end-to-end travel logistics to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
