Day working hours (9am to 5:30pm / 9am to 1pm)

Job Scope:

Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations
Coordinate with Customer Service and logistics partners on shipments and delivery issues
Ensure inbound and outbound activities meet KPIs and quality standards
Operate forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely in the warehouse.
Receive, pick, pack, and store items according to instructions
Plan and allocate manpower based on workload and operational needs
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness
Enforce workplace safety rules and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

N Level or NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
1–2 years of warehouse experience (supervisory experience is a plus)
Know basic warehouse work (receiving, shipping, stock control)
Good at leading and working with a team
Able to communicate and coordinate well
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Forklift license is a must
