Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

Preferably 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or spare parts management.

Experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, engineering products, or spare parts is an advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.

Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and related products.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.

Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for goods received, delivery orders, stock transfers, and inventory reports.

Coordinate with sales and after-sales service teams to ensure timely availability of machinery parts and equipment.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy, and space utilisation.

Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues.
