Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage suitable candidates through job platforms and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and support onboarding arrangements.
• Track recruitment activity and hiring progress.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Fresh grads are welcome!
