Join a Leading Electronics MNC Manufacturer

A leading and fast-growing electronics MNC manufacturer is seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee quality management systems, coordinate customer audits, and drive continuous improvement across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, internal and external audits, management reviews, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate customer audits, from preparation to follow-up, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with headquarters to align quality systems and business processes with corporate requirements and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate customer visits, customer surveys, and sustainability initiatives covering environmental protection, carbon reduction, and hazardous substance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and familiarity with IATF 16949 and other quality management systems.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is essential, with hands-on process audit experience highly preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related environmental, occupational safety, and social responsibility requirements.
• Experience in customer audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with headquarters and cross-functional teams.
