• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of materials and products for Proton part according to the approved Quality Plan.
• Conduct inspection activities for Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Product Quality Control (FPQC).
• Use basic measuring tools and inspection instruments correctly to verify product compliance with specifications.
• Follow established inspection plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality work instructions.
• Identify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, and deviations clearly and accurately.
• Segregate rejected or non-conforming materials and ensure proper labelling and traceability.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support incoming, in-process and final inspections as assigned by the QC Executive or Supervisor.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Comply with company quality policies, safety rules, and housekeeping requirements.
