Job Summary
Perform money exchange and remittance transactions while delivering accurate cash handling, compliance checks, and excellent customer service in a team environment. Weekend work is required.
Responsibilities
Execute money exchange and remittance transactions accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer enquiries clearly and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and responsibility to maintain financial integrity
Perform compliance checks on all transactions to adhere to regulatory and company standards
Balance currency, coins, and checks in cash drawers at shift end and reconcile daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines
Operate computer systems proficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations
Work scheduled shifts including weekends to meet business needs
Transend is a licensed financial service provider authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to offer Cross-Border Money Transfer, Domestic Money Transfer, and Account Issuance services.
