Junior IT Support Technician Computer, Printer & Tender Support

Salary: RM2,000-RM2,500/month

Job Responsibilities

* Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues.

* Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops and printers.

* Provide remote and on-site after-sales technical support.

* Handle warranty claims, repairs and equipment replacements.

* Assist in preparing government and corporate tender submissions.

* Prepare technical specifications, compliance sheets and quotations.

* Maintain service reports and ticket resolution records.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.

* Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

* Basic knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, printers and networking.

* Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

* Willing to travel for on-site support.

* Candidate with motorcycle is preferable.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
