We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments
• Support accident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate safety training, inductions, and safety programs
• Monitor PPE usage, fire safety systems, and machinery inspections
• Liaise with JKKP on inspections, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Manage safety documentation, including HIRARC, CHRA, and JKKP reports
• Oversee audiometric testing and related health reporting
• Issue and manage permits such as Permit to Work and Working at Height Permit
• Promote continuous workplace safety improvements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety & Health, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Green Book Holder
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a factory environment and engaging with a diverse workforce, including local and foreign employees
