The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering on search mandates while providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition across functions including Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end search lifecycle, from briefing and market mapping through candidate engagement, client advisory, offer management, and successful placement
• Building and maintaining deep relationships with clients, becoming their preferred talent partner
• Developing and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
• Providing clients with market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring advice
• Acting as a career advisor to candidates, offering honest guidance, market perspective, and support through key career decisions
• Collaborating with colleagues across practices to share knowledge, generate opportunities, and deliver exceptional outcomes

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from experienced recruiters as well as ambitious professionals looking to transition into recruitment.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial environment; recruitment, consulting, sales, or relevant industry experience is preferred
• A strong interest in the Consumer and Digital Infrastructure sectors
• Experience managing stakeholders, delivering projects or mandates, and taking ownership of outcomes
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with confidence in business development and relationship management
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, high-integrity approach and genuine curiosity about people and businesses
