Community Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Community Manager who understands the world of sports cards and collectibles and enjoys bringing people together through shared interests. From collector communities and trading sessions to football events and fan experiences, you will help build meaningful connections between our brands and the people who support them.

Key responsibilities

- Build and grow communities around sports cards, collectibles, football culture, events and merchandise.

- Manage daily community engagement across social platforms and relevant online channels, responding to enquiries and encouraging conversations among collectors and fans.

- Plan and execute community activities, including collector meet-ups, trading sessions, store events and football fan activations.

- Work closely with Marketing, Retail and Communications teams to support campaigns, product launches and community-led initiatives.

- Gather community feedback, monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation, customer loyalty and the overall community experience.

S$2,500–S$3,200/month

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in community management, marketing, events, customer engagement or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.

- Strong knowledge of sports trading cards and collectibles, including collector interests, popular products, trading culture and community trends.

- A genuine interest in building relationships and engaging with people both online and in person.

- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in event coordination or community activation is an advantage. Being a fan of local football and Singapore football is a plus.

Working hours and days

- Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 2.00pm–10.00pm.

- Work arrangement: Full-time, with flexibility required to support events, store activities and community initiatives.

- Weekend and evening commitments: Must be available to work outside regular weekday hours, including weekends and public holidays when required for events, football matches, collector meet-ups and activations.

- Scheduling: Working hours and days off may be adjusted according to the event calendar and operational needs, with schedules communicated in advance wherever possible.

- Work location: A combination of office, retail store, event venue and other activation locations as required.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
