Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Corporate Services will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and expanding relationships with key clients, and building a strong network of leads. This role involves identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet corporate service demands. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent networking abilities, capable of independently sourcing and nurturing leads while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the business

Job Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, phone or email inquiries promptly and professionally

Identify and generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, industry events and digital platforms

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling services

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to close deals effectively

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and expanding existing accounts

Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations and finance) to ensure smooth client on boarding and service delivery

Assist in marketing, partnership, and collaboration activities in order to generate new leads

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales or corporate services

Strong ability to network, build relationships, and generate leads independently

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Knowledge of corporate services industry trends and market dynamics

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

A proactive, goal-oriented and result driven attitude.
