Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients on project updates.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Arrange meetings and follow up on pending action items.
• Support Project Managers in resource planning and project execution.
• Identify and escalate project issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT projects.
• Good communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management processes is an advantage.
