Kerja Sepenuh Masa Construction Project Manager (Teluk Intan), Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di TZ BINA SDN. BHD. Perak - Maukerja

Job Scopes:

• Project planning and management, including establish project execution plan, schedule, milestones, deliverables, priorities, etc.
• Oversee daily site activities and site operations.
• Monitor closely the project progress and productivity, and ensure it follows the approved programme and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage the manpower, machineries, materials, etc.
• Coordinate, communicate and liaise among contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, etc.
• Resolve site issues/conflicts, technical problems, construction delays, etc.
• Ensure the works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications, and complied with the required standards.
• Attend all project/site meetings, review all project reports and follow-up with the outstanding issues.
• Other works/duties which assigned and required by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry and 5-6 years as a Construction Project Manager (Main Contractor).
• Able to speak, communicate, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to travel and relocate.
• A diploma or degree certification will be an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
