Job Title: Service Desk Analyst – Japanese Speaker

The role focuses on Level 1 IT support, incident management, troubleshooting, and ticketing in a fast-paced service desk environment. This position offers exposure to phone, chat, and web-based support while contributing to customer service excellence, knowledge base documentation, and process improvement.

Required Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in IT service desk, technical support, or Level 1 IT support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues remotely
- Experience logging, tracking, and updating incidents using a ticketing system
- Background in incident management and issue escalation where required
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or N1 level
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Ability to provide support via phone, chat, and web channels
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal support teams to improve service delivery
- Ability to contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
