We're looking for a Chief Supply Chain Officer to own its entire supply chain, from procurement to the shelf. This is not a procurement-only role. You will run procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory across all group entities, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Corporate & Commercial.
What you will do
- Set the Group supply chain strategy and operating model
- Lead sourcing, tendering and contracts, with strong governance and integrity
- Manage suppliers, demand planning, stock levels and supply continuity
- Run logistics, distribution and warehousing, including cold chain where needed
- Deliver savings and working capital improvements, and report them to the Board
- Work with clinical leaders on safe and practical product standardisation
- Lead digital procurement, data and change across the hospital network
What we are looking for
- Minimum 18 years in procurement, supply chain or logistics, with senior leadership experience
- Proven track record running multi-site operations, not just procurement
- Hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing and inventory
- Strong in tender governance, negotiation, and supplier and third-party risk
- Healthcare, pharma, medical device or other regulated industry experience is a strong advantage
- Degree in supply chain, business, finance or engineering. Master's, MBA, CIPS or CSCP preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High integrity, decisive, and comfortable working with clinicians and the Board
Pay: Up to RM35,000.00 per month

- Logistics: 5 years (Preferred)
