Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, PR or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms and audience behaviour.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.

Good copywriting and storytelling skills that capture audience attention.

Experience creating short-form video content, such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels or similar formats.

Comfortable analysing social media performance and using insights to improve content.

Proactive, resourceful and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Familiarity with Al tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva or CapCut is a plus.

Plan, create and manage engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, Threads and LinkedIn.

Develop creative content ideas, captions, visuals and short-form videos that attract and engage audiences.

Stay updated with social media trends, viral topics and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and user growth.

Work closely with Marketing, Design and Video teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages and audience interactions.

Track content performance, analyse engagement metrics and continuously improve social media strategies.

Experiment with Al tools, new content formats and creative approaches to produce better results.
