Job Summary
Generate new business and develop client relationships to deliver high-quality executive search and leadership advisory projects for top-tier clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities independently, driving revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with HR and C-suite executives to define project requirements and ensure high standards of delivery.
Manage retained search assignments, ensuring client satisfaction and successful candidate placements.
Expand service offerings beyond recruitment by delivering leadership advisory and multi-search projects.
Apply sales discipline to consistently meet or exceed business development targets.
Communicate effectively in business English to engage clients and stakeholders professionally.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 12-15 years' experience in recruitment and/ or executive search essential
Experience working with one of the top ten executive search firms, professional servies firms or MBBs highly preferred.
University degree, essential, Masters degree or above preferred.
Flawless written and spoken English plus business fluency in at least one Asian language to support client engagement in relevant markets required.
Candidates must bring a positive, ambitious and resilient attitude to work.
