Part-Time Kitchen Crew – Dame Museum Cafe

Job Type: Part-Time
Work Location: National Museum of Singapore (Nearest MRT Bras Basah, City Hall, Dhoby Gaut)
Operation Hours: 10am - 7pm
Minimum Commitment: 15 -20 hours per week

Hourly Pay

• Monday – Friday: $13/hour
• Saturday - Sunday: $15/hour
• Public Holidays: $18.00/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Kitchen Crew to join our team at dame.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a positive attitude, and love being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll support our kitchen team with food preparation and daily operations, particularly during busy service periods and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, portioning, and labelling ingredients.
• Support basic cooking and hot/cold kitchen stations under the guidance of our chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
• Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Able to commit at least 15 - 20 hours per week.
• Singaporeans only.
