We're Hiring: Archi BIM Modeller | Singapore

Are you skilled in architectural BIM modelling and construction documentation? We are looking for an Archi BIM Modeller to support architectural design coordination and project delivery through accurate 3D modelling and construction drawings.

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Pass: Work Permit position (subject to eligibility and approval under Singapore MOM requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update architectural 3D BIM models based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed construction drawings.
• Interpret architectural drawings and incorporate approved comments, mark-ups, and revisions.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and identify potential clashes.
• Maintain model accuracy, drawing quality, naming conventions, and revision records.
• Check dimensions, annotations, model completeness, and consistency between drawings and models.
• Export drawings and model information in the required formats and maintain organised project files.
• Work closely with BIM Coordinators, Managers, Architects, and Project Engineers to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Participate in coordination discussions and follow project procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical skills may also be considered.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Must meet the applicable eligibility requirements for a Singapore Work Permit.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in architectural BIM modelling and construction drawing preparation.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination involving architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Knowledge of Revit families, schedules, model organisation, and revision management.
