Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.
• Liaise with customers to attend to enquiries and provide sales support.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales coordination or sales administration is an advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
