Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Program Coordination, or Sales Operations.

• Strong Mandarin communication skills – mandatory.

• Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes.

• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of IT environments, PC operating systems, and deployment processes is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to work night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Support Project Managers with project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documentation.

• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders where required.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team.
