You'll build and run our public sector business from the ground up: winning landmark deals, assembling a world-class engineering team, and delivering AI that citizens can trust and that moves the needle on real social and economic outcomes. The flagship engagements you lead will define our reputation in the market.

Your mission

• Own the public sector charter. Build the pipeline, shape the pursuits, and lead the delivery of landmark engagements with government agencies, public institutions, and mission-driven organizations.
• Solve problems that matter. Apply AI to the hardest challenges in the public interest, from faster access to public services to smarter resource allocation, and prove the impact with measurable results.
• Be the trusted partner. Earn a seat at the table with ministers, agency heads, and senior public servants, guiding them through responsible AI adoption at scale.
• Build a team people want to join. Recruit, inspire, and mentor the strongest AI engineers in the market, and create a culture of excellence grounded in confidence, curiosity, and humility.
• Shape the conversation. Deliver world-class thought leadership on AI in government and win the confidence of policymakers and business leaders alike.
• Champion public trust. Make fairness, ethics, accountability, and transparency non-negotiable in everything we ship, from procurement to deployment.

What you bring

• Deep expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science
• Hands-on fluency across the AI lifecycle: LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Jupyter, and cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• 15 years delivering AI solutions from proof-of-concept through deployment and commercialization
• A track record of winning and delivering public sector deals, including navigating procurement, security, and compliance requirements unique to government
• Experience writing winning proposals and building consensus with sharp analysis and clear communication
• Proven success leading large-scale AI delivery end to end
• A strong grasp of the AI services marketplace, with the ability to build go-to-market plans backed by trusted partnerships
• A gift for attracting, coaching, and mentoring outstanding engineers
• Credibility as a speaker and educator, and an active presence in the AI community: following the research, attending meetups, teaching and taking courses, and building projects of your own
