Requirements

• Malaysian nationality is required/preferred.

• Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred.

• Proficiency in Malay and Chinese.

• Good English skills are preferred.

• No specific academic major required.

• Familiarity with mobile payment scenarios is an advantage.

• Experience in ASR, TTS, NLP error correction, or data annotation is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented and able to identify subtle errors in content.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Project Overview

  • Long-term project involving voice and text data related to online customer service robots.

  • Involves analysing and evaluating interactions between customer service robots and customers.

  • Focuses on semantic recognition, segmentation, transcription, synthesis analysis, and response quality.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform voice and text data annotation according to project guidelines.

  • Conduct data quality checks and acceptance checks.

  • Collect and create language/audio corpus.

  • Transcribe and proofread audio recordings.

  • Process audio data, including cutting and clipping.

  • Evaluate pronunciation and identify language-related issues.

  • Provide feedback on front-end and back-end issues.

  • Report abnormal or unclear cases in a timely manner.

  • Make corrections based on feedback.

  • Complete other daily tasks assigned by the project team.
