We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced EMS environment. The role focuses on strategic HR management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and driving HR initiatives that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business needs.

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for local, foreign, and contract employees.

· Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.

· Develop training and development programs to support business and compliance requirements.

· Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, IR Act, and statutory requirements.

· Prepare HR reports and support management on workforce planning and succession.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in EMS/manufacturing.

· Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and foreign worker management.

· Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower planning.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
