No working experience required; training will be provided.

Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, polite and responsible.

Able to work as part of a team.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good personal hygiene and appearance.

Basic ability to communicate in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an advantage.

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.

Take customers’ orders accurately and serve food and beverages.

Ensure tables are clean, tidy and properly arranged.

Provide good customer service and respond to customers’ requests.

Check food and beverage orders before serving.

Clear and clean tables after customers leave.

Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.

Follow company SOP, hygiene and food safety requirements.

Handle customer complaints politely and refer serious issues to the supervisor.

Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
