No prior sales or business development experience is required. You'll receive structured training, one-to-one mentorship and hands-on exposure to help you develop your confidence, communication and business skills.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll learn through a combination of training, mentorship and real-world experience:

• Connect and build relationships with business owners and decision makers

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Manage and support existing client relationships

• Develop your communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Work alongside experienced mentors and managers

• Participate in leadership and professional development programmes

• Take on greater responsibilities as you progress

This is a people-facing role, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, communicate with clients and develop your professional confidence.

You don't need years of experience. We're more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Leadership experience in sports teams, CCAs, clubs, societies or student councils

• Internship, retail, hospitality, customer service or sales experience

• Experience organising events or leading teams

• Confidence speaking with new people

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
