Key Responsibilities:

• Management Training: Undergo structured training for non-supervisory and supervisory roles to build a strong foundation in restaurant operations and team leadership.

• Career Progression: Complete all necessary training modules within the targeted timeline to operate independently and transition into an Assistant Manager role..

• Corporate Compliance: Uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all daily operations, ensuring all internal policies and procedures are strictly followed.

• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
