We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our café as part-time service crew members. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for our customers through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items.

Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Ensure proper presentation of food items before serving.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and other café facilities.

Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements :

Able to work Weekend and Public Holiday.

Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM9.00 per hour
