Role Description The Director of Information Technology is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and operation of MP Biomedicals’ IT environment in the region. This role is responsible for leading IT teams, managing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring secure, reliable infrastructure and systems that support manufacturing, research, distribution, and corporate functions. The Director will develop and execute IT strategies aligned with global business objectives, oversee network security and cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards. Daily activities include directing IT projects, optimizing systems performance, managing vendors and service providers, and collaborating with global stakeholders to harmonize technologies and processes. The role also involves budgeting for IT resources, establishing policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in the company’s technology landscape.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in IT Management and IT Operations, including leading teams, overseeing infrastructure, and managing day-to-day technology services.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with experience designing and implementing technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Network Security, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and safeguarding systems and data.
• Relevant experience in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, manufacturing and lab systems), cloud technologies, and integration across global environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior IT role within a global or multi-site organization, ideally in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
