JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, leads, and conversion rates.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, and bookings.
- Ensure smooth sales processes from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Coach and develop Sales Consultants to improve performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Finance, After-Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience in managing or leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM/sales systems is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
