What You'll Be Doing
Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hrs to 1815hrs
Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
One Saturday per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs
- Checking of daily accounting activities.
- Foreign currency posting.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Take in of fixed assets and run monthly depreciation.
- Prepare monthly journals and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of month end accounts.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.
- Minimum Diploma in accounting preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
