Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities for assigned projects, including transportation arrangements, cargo movements and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment and delivery progress, provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, operational records and project reports.
• Support customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary.
• Attend site visits and travel for project coordination when required.
• Carry out other duties related to project logistics as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation operations.
• Experience with Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) activities will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel when required.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different parties.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive and attentive to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
