Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time) – Seoul Tofu @ Tanglin Mall | New Opening!
Join our pioneer kitchen team! Seoul Tofu is opening a new outlet at Tanglin Mall on 1 November, and we’re looking for skilled Kitchen Assistants to help bring authentic Korean flavours to our customers.
What we offer

On-the-job training in Korean cuisine
Career progression to Cook / Senior Cook
Your role
Prepare and cook dishes using the wok according to recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in the kitchen
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Help with receiving and storing stock
Requirements
Must be able to handle a wok (wok cooking experience required)
Prior kitchen experience is an advantage
Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain)
Able to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Team player with a good attitude
