Job Description

• Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive safety & health programs at manufacturing site.
• Conducts safety meetings, safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action and follow up assessments.
• Plans and conducts safety compliance training programs to all involved parties.
• Provides technical support on safety and health matters to project management team and manufacturing team
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good safety & health practices.
• Report and highlight major noncompliance issue for accident prevention to Management.
• Propose recommendation for any safety & health compliance issue identified in construction sites to Management.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (DOSH, CIDB, BOMBA, local municipal council, etc) and work closely with the project management team for closure of any issue raised by relevant authorities.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety / Engineering / Science
• Good knowledge and experience to liaise with all relevant authorities
• Pleasant personality and able to interact all levels of people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
