Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations / Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple residential sites and ensure that company cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

Job Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, housekeeping or site supervision is preferred.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage workers firmly and professionally.

• Responsible and able to work independently.

• Able to travel between different sites.

• Own transport and valid driving licence preferred.

• Basic ability to use WhatsApp and simple digital reporting tools.

• Visit and inspect assigned cleaning sites regularly.

• Conduct site quality inspections according to company standards.

• Monitor cleaners' attendance, punctuality and work performance.

• Ensure Site Leaders and cleaners follow daily, weekly and periodic work schedules.

• Identify cleaning problems and issue clear corrective instructions.

• Follow up with Site Leaders to ensure problems are corrected.

• Recheck outstanding issues and report unresolved problems to management.

• Coordinate manpower and replacement cleaners when required.

• Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals and site requirements.

• Communicate professionally with site management when necessary.

• Prepare and submit simple inspection and operational reports to management.

• Assist with worker coordination and operational emergencies.
