About the Role

We are looking for a Broker Support Assistant to support our Australian mortgage operations. You will work closely with brokers and internal teams to assist with client communication, administration, scheduling, CRM updates and day-to-day broker support.

Key Responsibilities

• Broker & Calendar Support: Manage appointments, schedules, emails and day-to-day administrative tasks to support the broker.
• Client Communication: Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, calls and appointment bookings in a professional and timely manner.
• Document Support: Collect, organise and maintain client documents and assist with application-related administration.
• CRM & Task Management: Update client records, manage tasks and follow up on outstanding requirements using CRM systems.
• Team & Administrative Support: Assist with reports, referrals, lead generation and other coordination tasks as required.

About You

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, banking, finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn about Australian mortgage and broker processes.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and willing to work independently while collaborating with a team.
