About the role:

Internship with our accounts team: learn day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations and document handling hands-on.

Job location:

• Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur

• Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line)

• Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry of sales, purchase and payment transactions

• Help prepare bank and account reconciliations under supervision

• Match and file invoices, receipts and other accounting documents

• Support the AP/AR team with supplier and customer statements

• Assist the accounts team with month-end and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field

• Must be able to fulfil the internship period required by your institution

• Basic accounting knowledge and Excel skills

• Careful, organised and willing to learn

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
