Management Executive Officer (Operations Support) | 6-Month Contract | Up to $3,340/month
Contract: 6 months, with potential extension for a further 6 months
Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Process applications, records and supporting documents, checking information for accuracy and completeness
Update and maintain accurate records using relevant systems
Assist applicants and members of the public with general enquiries
Follow established procedures and refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate officer
Support daily frontline service and backend operations
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in application, case, document or transaction processing
Experience checking information and supporting documents against applications or records
Meticulous, with the ability to process information accurately and consistently
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and comfortable using IT systems
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
