Kerja Finance Intern di COMMERCE DOT COM SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support data entry, checking and maintenance of accurate finance records and schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable documentation, invoice verification and filing.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliations, cash position updates and treasury-related schedules.
• Support month-end closing activities by compiling documents and updating working schedules.
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial analyses and presentation materials as assigned.
• Maintain complete and orderly electronic and physical records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise professionally with internal departments and external parties to obtain supporting information.
• Perform other finance, treasury and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to organize and present data clearly.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, teamwork, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and comply with company policies.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting assigned deadlines under supervision.
• Immediate availability - able to start from November 2025 onwards.
